Meagan Dunham, LMSW joined The Center as a Project Officer, where she leads and implements program activities of the I Live: Advocacy Amplification Implementation Project, a ballroom-centered initiative focused on HIV awareness and capacity building within ballroom communities. She also facilitates the Pathways to Health Justice training series, equipping grantees with the tools and strategies needed to advance the mission of reducing HIV-related inequities across Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) jurisdictions.
Meagan is a Public Health Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the College of Charleston. She brings nearly a decade of experience working at the intersection of community health, data analytics, research, policy, HIV, and mental health. Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing health equity through culturally responsive, community-centered approaches.
Outside of her professional work, Meagan is deeply committed to service, mentorship, and continuous growth. She is known for her collaborative spirit, thoughtful leadership, and dedication to building meaningful relationships that strengthen both communities and the work she leads.
