Urge Congress to Vote YES to the TRUTH in Labeling Act (H.R.4725)
The TRUTH in Labeling Act of 2025 is a bill that directs the FDA to finalize the front-of-package nutrition labeling (FOPNL) rulemaking and adopt a “High In”-style label on foods that are high in added sugar, sodium, and saturated fat, using straightforward icons and warning labels, not fine print.

Front-of-package labeling works. Over 17 countries have already adopted FOPNL systems, and real-world evidence shows they help people make healthier choices and even drive food manufacturers to improve their products.

HR.2300 would shield formula companies from being held accountable when families allege their products contributed to deadly conditions like necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in premature infants.
